I worked here for two summers in the '70s. It was a horrific experience. I was basically a slave with no hourly wage, even, and had to pay to eat chili dogs in the "cafeteria," got stomach problems and was fired. The old roller coaster broke down daily, went off the tracks. I learned quickly how to swipe enough cash to buy dinner each night. The boss cheated on his wife, they are divorced now. This was far from Kent and the prospect of hitchhiking was terrifying. Real carnies, scary.

I've only been here once and it was like over 10 years ago. I believe it was owned by Six Flags at that point. Figures they ran it into the ground.

HEY...SHUT up i agree w/ corkscrewfoley I miss GL and they r completly diff.! geauga is more family...cedar point is thrill seeker world!!so bye!

These two parks were entirely different, why would you make comparisons? I miss GL, and especially Villain.
