Thank you so much for this video. Today I did 65km cycling in a hilly region, legs felt sore (probably rode a bit too hard)... I tried your massage technique for the upper leg muscles for 5 minutes and my legs feel so much better.
Question: is it best to do this BEFORE or AFTER a hot shower?

this helped a lot but i have started a 20% stronger workout and my legs are starting to get really sore. do you have any advice on how to get the soreness to go away before i start the next day? Thank you. :)

@limegreen445 What I notice with self massage is that if any part of my body is sore the first time I go thru, I continue massaging and go thru again, see how it feels the second time around,increasing the pressure, eventually the soreness is less intense, just pay a bit more attention to the sore part, happy self massaging.
