This routine is based on 60 seconds/exercise and 10 seconds
rest 3 times each exercise for a total of 30 minutes.
1. Keep an upright posture during the exercises, keep the arms in a 90 degree angle & clap twice on the front pulling back fast.
2. Keep an upright posture during the exercises, lifting the legs as highest you can alternating & clap under.
3. Keep upright postures during the exercises, keep the arms slightly bend, flexing abs & chest from start to finish.
4. Keep an upright posture during the exercises, keep the arms in a 90 degree angle & twist flexing abs to the same side as you raise the knee.
5. Keep an upright posture during the exercises, curl the bar with a soft grip passing the 90 degree angle & bring it back to a vertical position & repeat.
