@DRLAPAGLIA Don't you have to pay back loans, with interest. So when you take a loan you usually end up paying back more than you borrowed. There for it is not actually free. There for you have to have invested it into something good. So you are saying people that buy and sale houses are lazy. First off you have to have work to find the right area, a good area to buy and sell. Then you have to work to "flip" aka fix up the fucking house.
