This was one of those "once in a lifetime" shows.
A 2 day festival at the Squaw Valley ski resort. Had to ride up to the show on the ski lift.
Also on the bill: The Neville Brothers, Tower of Power,Booker T and the MG's, Jimmy Cliff, Bela Fleck And the Flecktones,and others.

You might need to take a dramamine to watch it, though.
I was trying to "take it all in", take pictures, and shoot vid using a crappy mono pod.

@kevinluss Yeah, the gondola ride WAS SICK! Better than a roller coaster. I'm actually wearing my Squaw Valley Music Fest shirt at this very minute. just getting home from another crazy weekend, Earthdance :)

Hey Shorty, Incredible that you captured this, unbelievable day at Squaw. I probably know you if from the Tahoe area. The venue was Meadow Bowl @ High Camp. I worked avalanche control there in the winter.

I was there :--) Drove down for Jackson hole for both days. The best outdoor venue and shows I have ever been too. Rode the gondola, the tram, the chair and hiked to and from the meadows. How about that full moon we had!!!!! God, i just remembered all of us tripping hippies roller blading on the outdoor rink at the top of the tram. Jerry was on top of it and I am so glad someone has some video of that day. I hope to see some JGB too. Thanks for sharing this Shortie.
