I really need help! I got the headphones an paired them with my bb 8350 curve an when I listen to music with it it skips an cuts out the song at parts, I went to radioshack to try an make it a corded but it didn't work with the cord either, my fried tried it with his phone tho and it worked perfectly can someone help me out plz an explain why they won't work

i have a question about skipping forward. u use the right pod and turn all the way forward and release. so that skip the 1st song. how about the if u want to skip the 2nd, 3rd, etc. song. since it is all the way forward, how do u skip the 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. song?

From personal experience, I simply kept turning the earpiece repeatedly in the forward motion to skip each song.

thx....i thought once u turn it all the way forward, u can't turn any further. i just bought this headphone and i'm gonna sometimes next week.

I am sorry I didn't explain myself clearly in the previous answer. The side of the earpiece does stop at a quarter turn, I would have to go back to the first position and do the quarter turn again to skip a song.

if it stops at the quarter turn and u have to go back the first position...how do u go back to the first position? forward or reverse? if reverse...won't that reverse the song again?

Look at the side of the earpiece as a compass. When it is not in use, it is in the North position. Moving to Northeast goes forward, and moving Northwest goes backward. Whether you have to go into either of these positions, you will always pass the North position where you can opt to leave the earpiece alone to resume playback. Hope that helps.
