OMG this gives me chills. ever since i acquired album "in the frontline" a few years back, it was an instant fave-for-life. I just learned today that it is 25 years old!!!!! I'm an idiot for not researching this more before. If you dont have the whole album, it is 100% tip top quality (maily) roots reggae. It will blow your mind and gets better every time. fer reeeeel!

I recorded a Black Roots gig on Radio 1 in 81 or 82. Clint Eastwood & General Saint were at the same gig. I still have the recording, but it's in MW not FM

For those of you interested this full concert has recently been released on DVD, it comes with the CD Album they just released on amazon etc.
Here are the lyrics as i understand them..not sure about the protestants and catholics bit tho, may have this wrong.
