OK, the title says it allright. I was thinking about doing the vid again but after a day like that... I promise I won't chew a gum again when making a video ;) Thanks for watching. Comments and ratings are of course welcome. Thanks for your support. Michael.

P.S. The neagtive developer is sodium carbonate, it comes to you right after pressing stop ;)

P.S.S. One source of the llaminate (in Europe): http://www.octamex.de/shop/?page=shop/flypage&product_id=31&category_...

  • Nice work! Please, in the next video, don't chew your gum, it's extremely annoying. Thanks.

  • @logicmindtube Yeah, I realized that myself after watching the vid but I didn't want to do it again because of this ;)

  • Beautifull job Michale, I look foward to seeing the through hole process.

    Thanx

    Gary

  • @llewgnal I don't think I will be able to do that. It requires very expensive and poison chemicals like palladium chloride (about EUR100 an ISO gram). Since in Germany we are all not to be trusted with that kind of stuff, it could pose a show stopper. Kits are almost as expensive in usage, if not even more. For that kind of money you can put the PCB into the factory anyways, that negates the usefulness of the process a little.

  • have you started taking meth?

  • @lartti83 Meth fucks me up worse than that.

  • @Danger9584 o jeah ... it is very annoying!

  • It seems that this stopping agent is unavailable in our country.

Do you think it is possible to use the blue PNP sheet? It should work but the result will not be so good i guess.

There are few videos about the blue pnp.

  • awesome result :) I use the same stopping agent. it's great. I have one question though: how dou manage to make contact between the two layers? not all components can be soldered from the top. the idea with the bag for making double sided pcbs is great :)

  • Did you have to modify the rollers in the laminator Mike so that the pcb would go through it? The reason I ask is that I just ordered a cheap 250 micron laminator, and would like to know if you did anything special to allow the pcb through.

    Thanks

    Thanks
