I find it staggering that people can pass judgement on someone who they, most likely, know virtually nothing about. Perhaps they are the scum of the earth, perhaps not, I don't think it's possible to know from this incident. What I want to know is whether the police used reasonable force. Re-open the debate about standard issue weapons in Victoria Police!

From what I understand Newsy the Police attending to this incident were confronted by a man wielding a knife who was going to attack them and they shot him in self defence. A woman had already been stabbed and suffered knife wounds. The Victorian Police had no other options but to kill this man. I agree one less Nutter
