man, you can barely understand what he sings, but the music is great! Only Dylan can write such a masterpiece and not record it....
-
Even without any lyrics, the beat and chords to this tune are just damn right awesome. 10/10

I love Bob Dylan, and I'm quickly learning to love Old Crow.
Let us not forget that Bob Dylan has done his fair share of sampling other artists' work. The tradition he carried from the folk and blues music before him is being carried forward by groups like OCMS. Power to them.

There are several genres of music in which it is commonplace for an artist to sample a phrase of a well-known recording and use it as an element in a new composition. A well-known example includes the sample of Queen/David Bowie's "Under Pressure" (1981) in Vanilla Ice's "Ice Ice Baby" (1990)..
As a rule the artist doing the sampling alters the song so significantly that they can call it their own. OCMS's Wagon Wheel does not meet that criteria; they call it a collaboraton w/Dylan.
