The max HP you can get is 30,000. It is impossible to get over that amount. Yes, even with HB you can't get over 30,000.

if any1 was wondering how to get up chain, jump to it from right side, tap left jump left jump, maybe sumthing will work if 2 ppl do both at same time

As you saw, I tried doing that but I reached the "top" of the chain and couldn't go anymore. I doubt something would work if both were climbed on at once.
