Tuttle heating engineer clip from the great movie Brazil directed by Terry Gilliam, written by Gilliam, Charles McKeown and Tom Stoppard and starring Jonathan Pryce, Robert De Niro and Bob Hoskins in this clip. The film is named after the recurrent theme music Aquarela do Brasil; and nothing to do with the country of Brazil.
In memory of my brother who was a heating engineer and loved this clip. He died in a sporting accident Sept 2009.

@solidsnake58 you bring shame on metal gear solid fans. BUREAUCRACY IS A QUESTION OF BIG AND SMALL GOVERNMENTS! REGULATIONS! HOW IS THAT NOT A QUESTION OF ECONOMIC SYSTEMS AND IDEOLOGIES!
SirTorment 11 months ago
@TheBlitz1 No it doesn't. This movie has nothing to do with economics. However, it does feel like we're living in the future that Gilliam depicts—bureaucracy, terrorism, face-lifts and torture.

How many times have I felt like this? :-)

This movie shows how government makes economies inefficient by creating regulation and subsidies replacing free market forces.
