well shadow in this poem doesn't have literal meaning. it is used metaphorically..
shadow implies what Prophet (S.A.W) brought to Madinah along with him: Islam, peace, harmony, Muhajir Ansar brotherhood etc.
at least this is what i understand!

@neenee0929 Not everything is to be taken literally. Certain metaphors are there for poetical purposes. Also, the prophet probably did have a shadow. He was a human being like the rest of us. Please.

we sang this nasheed last year in my madrasah.I can't wait till I go to Madina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It's so wonderfull there!!!!!!!!!!!!!
