@FrostyGerman sweetheart, I am not sure if you know this kitty in the video but I am glad he is ok. If it becomes more frequent or you don't see a hairball there is a high chance that he has feline asthma. Asthma cough and hairball cough are very similar. Once the asthma progresses to a critical state and you can easily tell the difference.
My kitten was doin the exact same thing, not 5 mins ago, and coughed up a hair ball, ur cat should be fine, He/she just licks Her/him-Self too much, just keep an eye on ur kitty!! :)

Oh no! This may not be a hairball. Take the poor kitty to the vet. My cat used to do the same thing now he's on meds and haven't done it since...
