They do sell those wireless spy cam's. Hook the a/v receiving side up to some cheap "VR" glasses (those 320x240 double lcd thingies), and that would be a whole lot of fun to fly.
With a little bit of modding, you could make those lcd screens semi transparent, so you could see yourself catch the heli on landing.

you can get flycamone v2 from hobby-lobby, and mini titan from a variety of heli shops online, just do a search and you'll find a bunch :)
