Not sure on the name of the first tune, but the second one is Scottish in origin - "Cameron Highlanders"
These types of tunes are called schottisches in Germany, where the German musicians try to emulate that "scottish" sound, hence the name schottische. In Donegal, the tunes are affectionately referred to simply as Germans.
