  • I'm fasinated with this record label but can't find out much info on google. I found Betty 1208 - Jimmy Bruce And The Del-Cattos. Anyone know where this Company was located.

  • @999Atwood It says on the label "dist. by Vee Jay records" Probably a Chicago label.

  • @leadsquirter Thanks! I will scout the garage sales & 2nd hand stores foe more artists on this label. I think Willie Nelson recorded with them in the early 60's.

  • the album reminising by buddy holly was backed by fireballs. album came out after buddys death. it was probably overdubded with his voice off tapes he made prior to the 59 crash.

  • I love this song, but have never heard this version...Jim sounds really like Jimmy Gilmer...and the backing group sounds like The Fireballs...the same group that overdubbed Buddy Hollys' homemade demo of this same song!! I wonder??
