  • U know when i was mentioning the types of fats for cooking.. forgot to say Goose Fat! Its Yummy!! 100gr: 99.2gr Total Fat of whitch: 32.7gr Saturated, 55gr Mono and 10.8gr PolyUnsaturated Fat! 10.8 + 55= 65.8gr Unsaturated fats VS only 32.7 Saturated..Thanks For Your Attention!!

  • @hunthicks Trans fats r man made fats that in nature are not deeply available.. no the foods i named have a higher level of unsaturted fats compared to the saturated fat.. saturated fats r good for us!! read the Obesity epidemic by Zoe Harcombe and also do your own research.. saturated fats have been accused for crimes they did not commit!!! have a fab day!!

  • @mokugin81 Maybe when you learn to type, and use proper capitalization, someone will listen to you. All the foods you listed have monounsaturated, but are high in saturated and even trans fats.

  • also.. Can u read lables? i Can.. There is Plenty of MonoUnsaturated fats in: Parma Ham, Lard, Meat, Eggs, Beef Fat.. This Type of Fats r Abbondante in Animal food too!! And Saturated Fats r available in plant foods too.. and Breast milk is high in saturated fat..
