also.. Can u read lables? i Can.. There is Plenty of MonoUnsaturated fats in: Parma Ham, Lard, Meat, Eggs, Beef Fat.. This Type of Fats r Abbondante in Animal food too!! And Saturated Fats r available in plant foods too.. and Breast milk is high in saturated fat..

@hunthicks 100gr Macadamia Nuts: 14gr Saturated, 56gr Mono, 4gr PolyUnsaturated. Butter: 54gr Saturated, 19.8 Mono, 2.6gr PolyUnsaturated! Eggs: 3.2 gr Saturated, 4.4 Mono and 1.7 PolyUnsaturated! Avocados: 4.1 saturated 12.1 Mono and 2.2 PolyUnsaturated! All this Foods i mention are 100gr portions..
