FYI: -unfortunately, while your animation and basic oblique configuration is not bad (you get an 'C'); -your lack of shielding the magflux is spacious (you get an 'F'). However, unlike most of the 'know it all' bull-shooters here, your presentation mainly lacks the missing ingredient, --a truly effective magflux SHIELD, which would essentially 'block' propagation of flux as though a piece of opaque cardboard blocks the passage of light; --that is what is eluding inventors.!!!

@martinsmith01 it wont work, the best it can do is trick stupid people who have no concept of physics.
mission acomplished.
for further information on why this wont work, GO TO SCHOOL!!!!!

@rawheas I agree. The energy required to produce the movement is directly equal to the energy that is produced from that movement. As you initially said, energy cannot be created or destroyed. Current science is such that we are able to convert many energies to be of use to us. We can take steps to reduce wasting factors such as friction, wind resistance, noise/vibration. It may only take a bit of tweaking to make the output power higher than the input. If only marginally, its a start.

@martinsmith01 magnetic repulsion is NOT energy, electro magnetism is simply one of the fundemental forces of nature, sort of like gravity only stronger. so the best you can do is to simply reduce the potential energy, to obtain another form of energy. like rolling a ball down a hill, except this video implies you can let a ball roll down a hill continuously forever. there is simply no way to avoid the fact it will take just as much energy to push the ball back up the hill.

@rawheas You're right, energy can neither be created or destroyed. That being said, the energy isn't be created per-say, its being converted. Magnetic Repulsion and Attraction is a type of energy. I believe I'm correct in assuming this design aims to create rotation from that attraction/repulsion, which can then be the input to a generator producing electricity. The problem rises when you consider wasted energy. If it's more than the magnets can produce, the design is flawed.

Fucking magnets, how do they work?!
@ez3usx2
If I told you how much of an idiot you are, you'd think I worked for an oil company.

You don't show any field warping shielding. Do you not understand that magnetic fields are bulbous and not directional?
