I have that same video card on my 5 yr old pc. It's called an Nvidia G210 at low res lol

Eyes do not have FPS, they instead let in light and project them to your brain where you can process them. Eyes are much different from FPS, because your eyes don't create the images, they receive them, then they are processed. The computer creates the images that you see which is in Frames Per Second...
