  • @ndubecky2494 actually you didnt even have to paint it you couldve just polished it and would have been actual and have the mirror effect. other than that good job

  • @91CTD ..Chrome doesn't 'rust', the STEEL under it does, then disintegrates the bond of the plating to the steel, breaks the hard plating, and bleeds through the pores.

Whatever 'rust' you get off of the 'chrome' is just lying on top so I DON'T doub't that you get 'rust' off of the 'crome'. But you cannot get it off of the steel completely with steel-wool of any grade. By the time the steel is rusting, it is pitted. Vinegar (ketchup) or reverse electrolysis in a soda/water bath works.

  • @tazztt1 it would have I use it all the time on mine, Use a 000 or 0000 so it doesn't scratch them deep, just scuffs the rust off the surface. Alot of the time the rust doesn't get under the chrome.

  • @91CTD ... LOLOL.... not.

  • @UnWrittenUK the kids probably half your age and he did a better job on those wheels than you did in science class.. Aluminlum cant even be googled.. but that must be our american google for retards

  • you should have got some acetone that would have taken it right off without scratching the chrome

  • @SuperBababooie Hahahaha.

  • Good Job! Looks way better than black:)

  • If you want paint to stick to chrome you need to use self etching primer.

  • looks good but shoulda masked the valve stem.
