Oh my christ that fuel pump would drive me InSaNe!!! How many miles on her now? I've got a '98, and it's the best scooter I've ever driven.

Thats a nice Helix. That clinking sound is a bit weird. I own one just like that - the limousine of maxi scooters. Whatever you do, you can't go wrong with a Honda.

The clicking is the EMPI electric fuel pump. You don't hear it once the engine is started, a small price to pay for the about $300 difference in cost for the Honda pump.

The clicking sound when I turn it on is the electric fuel pump. The rumbling is wind noise in the camera's mike. This is not a very smooth road either, but it is a comfortable ride.
