  • can anybody help me. i fell of my dirt bike and alot of skin came off my knfee and my arm. now it is very raw and it burns/stings.it happened on 2 days ago though. since then i just washed it, put hydrogen peroxide on it. then bandaged it. then took it off(painfully) then put ointment now i just leave it exposed. how do i heal it, does anyone know please?

  • its better not to use water.. it stirs the dirt around making it harder for the cloth to collect
