  • Could you tell me what app/software you are using to display the translucent date/time/apps bar at the top, and also how you set your desktop to auto-change.

    Great tutorials, very helpful! :)

  • @r1KmAN

I am running the app Rainmeter for the translucent bars. I coded the app-launcher myself, and modified the clock 10 foot HUD. I've uploaded my three config files to mediafire for you, its linked below (delete the spaces). It's hard coded for 1920x1080. You'll need to edit the file paths of the launcher for it to work. My code is simple to edit and understand.

The desktop auto-changer is built into Windows 7. For Windows XP, I use Automatic Wallpaper Changer.

  • yo , I got 6 jtags but My friend keeps buging me to ask someone if yu can play xex menu on his flashed xbox , I told him no but he wont shut up so yeah ...

  • @GamesMods2011

XeXMenu will not run on a system that only has a flashed DVD drive. It needs BOTH a flashed DVD drive, and a JTAG (freeBOOT or XBReboot) NAND. That is to boot of a XeXMenu DVD, you can also load it straight from the hard drive in Game Library.

  • @GamesMods2011

That's.... entirely what this guide shows you. Try watching through the first five minutes of Part two again.... You need Xell/Xellous to get them.

Let me get this straight, your 360 stopped booting into dash, then it would only boot Xell, then you made a backup of your NAND, then Xell broke (why?), then you lost the NAND. If that is the series of events, you're 360 is doomed. Xell doesn't just break for no reason, what did you do? It won't load if a DVD drive isn't connected. If your 360 has any life in it, and you still have your CPU key, you can dump, then use Freeboot Toolbox Maker to make a new flash file.

Does your 360 have the power cord plugged in? It should still be POWERED OFF, but it needs a power cable plugged in. LPT needs to be soldered to the motherboard, and the DB25 (LPT) connector attached to a motherboard Parallel port. Power off compy, then power on with LPT connected.

  • @brwcrw

Yes, that is exactly correct to take you back to stock.
