@lesNor below 120/80 is Normal. 120/80 is Pre-Hypertension. 140/90 is Stage 1 hypertension. 160/100 or above is Stage 2 Hypertension. Hope this helps.
@lesNor from what you saw, the blood pressure reader started to bounce at those measurements but you actually have to go by the sound of the blood pressure through the stethoscope, not the bouncing of the meter.
