I have owned my Jato 3.3 for about a week now and I am so glad that I bought certain items with it and what options it comes with.

  • I looked and did not see one, I did not see in the instructions where it came with one either. Has anyone else got one that came with it?

  • all ya really need is fail safe and temp. got my ofna fail safe for 19 bucks and temp gauge for 17. wat was yurs $45

  • I got Mine for $39. I like how It will automatically slow me down for temp, that way I don;t have to keep bringing it in just to check it, if it dont slow down I know I am ok.

  • @5tarScream I have never had that happen. Strange. Is it a new model with the 2.4 ghz Link? Because those have failsafe built in, no need to adjust or activate. Its all automatic that would deff. help you. Like 45 bucks

  • @BricelyD My brother's Jato battery died today and it went full throttle. After a quick charge, it was fine. I'm thinking it does need a failsafe.

  • How to tune it?

  • if you put new tires on, MAKE SURE TO GLUE THEM RIGHT!!!! dont wanna do what i did and fuck em up... lol

  • this or hpi firestorm

  • love the video and love my jato as well.

  • @zwebster12 no thats called the reciever, traxxas doesnt need fail safe they all have return springs to keep the throttle closed, so if your batteries die it goes back to idle..that simple

  • what battery pack were you using?

  • I need help my Jato 3.3 brakes doesnt function!!

  • Pulled this from the online jato 3.3 manual. "Automatic Fail-Safe The TQ 2.4GHz transmitter and receiver are equipped with an automatic failsafe system that does not require user programming. In the event of signal loss or interference, the throttle will return to neutral and the steering will hold its last commanded position. If Fail-Safe activates while you are operating your model, determine the reason for signal loss and resolve the problem before operating your model again."
