De spelinstructies luidden destijds als volgt (ingekort):

"It's just you and that Dragon now. Slide your WingCraft slightly, dodging the RocketTeeth the monster drops. Use the same skill to outrun the Dragon's Tears, turning into Demons. The perils lurking in the dark are as numerous as the Dragon's plans to turn you into his supper! Hitting certain objects in the ToothBar could result in temporary malfunctions. Fire your TadpoleJectiles to penetrate the Dragon's head and blow the Lobe out!"

There is this Demented Dragon that has an appetite for anyone who happens to pass by. And just imagine that this monster drops Rocket Teeth exploding before you can say "help", and spills tears that turn into marauding Demons. What would you do? (..) Blow his brains out!"

Toen ik die tekst las zonder enige introductie dacht ik, "huh, waar hééft die gast het over?":-)

Grappig, ik wist niet dat het ook nog zo'n heel achtergrondverhaal bij hoorde!

Geweldig dat u dit geüpload heeft! Dit was mijn eerste zelfGEKOCHTE MSX-spelletje ooit (een vriend van me had destijds een dubbel cassettedeck, dus werd er grif gekopieerd).

Dat vind ik erg leuk om te vernemen! Als ik iemand er blij mee maak, is het ruimschoots de moeite waard om te uploaden. Bedankt voor de leuke reactie!

Inscannen? Nooit aan gedacht, al m'n MSX-spelletjes liggen al járen op zolder, inclusief MSX-computer en datarecorder. Een MSX-computer met diskdrive kon ik destijds niet betalen, die kostte toen (1987) maar liefst 300 gulden meer dan één met een cassetterecorder! De spelinstructies op het omslag van het spel Science Fiction zijn ook leuk om te lezen, ik zal daarvoor een nieuw bericht moeten aanmaken (teveel tekens benodigd).
