  • are you letting the exhaust escape after it goes through the pipe?

  • Yes. It is just to heat the air going in to the gas.

  • Can you run your unit on alcohol?

  • Yes, I have.

  • Nice video, looks like you are getting it refined

. How much HHO does it take to run the engine Thanks for the information

  • Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got it running on 2 1/2 Letters per minute. But I have not been doing much with it because it has been raining for about 2 months now!!!!

    Thanks again! Richard.

  • You will neeed to pressurize the fuel tank.

but could probaly use the fuel jet and rail from a ColeMan duel fuel single burner stove, jb welded in to where your gasssoline carb had it's original fuel jet.

Then link the throghtle mechinism to move the lever, that was the burner or "flame " controle

symaltaiously with the carbs slide. or "throughtle" to open and close in unison.

  • and how fast fuel vaipor volume is increased inpreportion too air flow and throughtle action.

this is a good starting lesson in viapor carbconversions and how they work feel free to write me with specific questions or problems I may have a solution, or atthe least some good insite and knowlage of previouse types and their flaws or strengths.

  • this second taper is going to be on the same angle and plane of reduction in diameter as the original fuel needle for the liquid carborator, but of much smaller diameter, though same lenght as the original, I would say a good starting point for you experiment will be 1/5th of it's original diameter but on the same taper as the liquid jet needle , depending on air flow, volume of fuel consumed and altitude, this diameter will differ, it controles how rich the mixture is,

  • Just as will a needle in a coleman, petromax ,or even a blow-lamp,

the first step or diameter is for starting, and restricts the fuel flow quite a bit,

because on start up the fuel is still liquid, but once it warms the exaughst and,

thus heats the 1/8th inch high pressure steel fuel line to boiling point, the Gasoline,

kerosene, or Metholated spirits, will be boiled to a vaipor, now that the engine, is "warm" the

slide and carb may be opened the rest of the way, this will be the second taper.

  • the Idea being the needle in the factory built motorcycle type carborator, moves up and down in the colar before or directly above the fuel jet, located at the mouth of where the intake air must flow in to the tapered restriction of the Venturie, normaly drawinng liquid fuel thrue and becoming a atomized mixture, but in the case of what we are trying to develop, you will be boiling to vapor the fuel, before it reaches this jet, and thus it will have a neadle with a step in it .

  • try my way I bet you get 89% better results,

after exact adjustment of the neadles depth and travel?

    100% better results.

  • But will also work on two stroke engines, "IF YOU HAVE A SELF MIXING CARBORATOR" like the old 1989 Honda 50 elite mopeds or some of the 70's-80's yamaha bikes had, so the air flow thrue the carb drawws mixed oil in per-the vacume as addjusted by a neadle and seat,

per- tapered convex just as in a Rochester with it's fuel mix "or idle mixture controle needle" good luck, what you have now is very primitive, dosnt heat the fuel and will be limited to a set laod and volume/ rpm

  • the needle, will come in from the top of it's original jet,

justt the same depth as it would from the back of it as it was

used in the stove. you wont need the mixer box, the venturie in

the carb will do it's job instead, the Steal brake line should be brazed,

in a spiral to the exaughst manifold as close to the port and head as

is safe and posable, the exaust heat will boil the fuel just the same as

the burner flame would have. this will work best on four stroke engines.

  • Have yo ever seen a coleman White gas stove?

You want a proper Vaiporizer carb? Bye a bicycle engine

carb off of Ebay, take it apart, rpace the carburator fuel jet,

with the cole man jet! cut the carb, needle and braze or solder

the needle from the stoves flame controle, so that as the slide opens?

it raises the neadle in the jet, just like turning the stove knob would have.

Run the fuel thrue a automotive brake line wrped around the exaughst, from fuel, to carborator jet. Vaipor carb complet.

  • Hi- Great Work. I just want you to know that your video is one of the first video's I watched that inspired me to start learning more about Gasoline Vaporization and how it works- and what it can do for every gasoline powered engine in existance. I continue to study and learn all that I can- and this is definitley an exciting technology. I'm also building my first GEET Reactor(Google Search GEET International or GEET Friends dot net) which is very interesting as well :) Keep up the great work :)
