Video from the Daily Bruin website, which also contains additional coverage: http://dailybruin.com/news/articles.asp?id=38960. The video shows Kim Passoth's reporting of the repeated tasering of a student without his ID in the library -- they taser him even when he is handcuffed and screaming in pain and nearby students are telling the police to stop.

  • Wow, this was so disturbing, I'm never going to libraries again :c

  • Kin Passoth is my Language Arts teachers daughter. She has one sister and one brother

  • Cops will behave or lose their job.

Say what u want here - talk is talk.

    Cya on the street.

  • The fucking idiot SHOULD deserve jail. I hope the kid gets raped by a big one. Little lost cause of a student.

  • you don't have to show i.d. in a PUBLIC place like a library. not even on the street unless they have reasonable probable cause and can be proven in court(ha ha). but this vid is only part of the story , ....

  • If you don't have ID and are told to leave, just leave. You can avoid a whole lot of trouble that way.

  • Kimberly is my teachers daughter. :)

  • 0:56 the girl is talking on her cell phone in the library!

  • It's easy to tell who the cops are on this comment thread. They are the ones who always justify their colleagues' actions no matter how far they crossed the line. That's unfortunate because it makes even the good cops look like bad cops... ...and not all cops are bad...
