its not chemical where you see significant results so dont expect a drastic change in a few days.

any flour is fine, just used to hold it together.

avoid exfoliating right before using these masks or you will open your pores to the citric acid, will probably feel an irritating burning sensation (same with private areas).

just typical all-purpose flour and I've never tried it on body, probably going to be messy. if you do try, don't have contact with any genital areas for sure.
