Also you can't be universal over music. In music school you learn how to play an instrument and how to make a song after some special rules. But that doesn't mean you can't do it elsehow. Also... I don't see that evanescence breaks those rules. Not at all.

All I really have to say is that I like evanescence. And I mean sure, if you watch the video and have complaints go for it! And yes, you can be universal about music. Thats why theres such a thing as music school buddy. You learn what to do, and what not to do. So dont say its subjective. That you like it and I dont is subjective. Taste? While still subjective, can be argued on pretty objective grounds.
