  • Did it effect the o2 sensors by taking the cat out? I want to do that to my 02 SD v10 in spring. im also going to change the stupid y-pipe design also. Did you do anything to your y-pipe?

  • nope no 02 sensor problems

  • Can you video tape under the truck so we can see what you did to ur pipes...thanks!

  • The Exhaust goes over top of the rear axle into a 4inch inlet of a flomaster Super 44 and then out of a 4 inch outlet out the side

  • What muffler?

  • FlowMaster super 44 with a 4 inch outlet

  • So no codes from no o2 sensor?

  • soooooooooooo i have a ford ranger lol little bit smaller then your f250 and i know nothing about engines i dont know how to change my oil but my grandpa and my best friends know everything there is to know about this stuff and they said without a cadillac converter you would get better gas milage and it would be louder well i was wondering how good of gas milage would it get without it and how much louder does it get. please respond back

  • @trashy10 actually....a v10 only has 1 cat

  • Diesel is far more efficient that gasoline but i guess u want to pay gas ...and lots of it !! It's your choice! but iv got a average of 12.3 liter per 100km with my cummins . of and nice truck too !

  • @trashy10 The 2005.5 and newer F150's only have two cats... And yes, 4 sensors. The rear sensors are pointless if you don't live in "Commiefornia" or a similar emissions tested location. They can be turned off with a chip/programmer or a MIL eliminator. Now the first set of senors can be both infront of the forward cats or welded in them. Either way, the sensor gets welded in a bung and a tune/programmer can fix your A/F and CEL.

  • what year is this i have a F259 V10 as well and iv got strait pipes back from the cat and i wonna take the cat off but every1 says it will fuck my sensors up and ill get like 8miles to the gallon instead of the 11 im getting now.

    i have a '99 whats yours?

  • @AVFR1403 yeah, but the oxygen censor is usually in the cat, which makes in run like crap.

  • just get dual exhaust and leave the cats on u dumbass they r there for a reason i know dont live in cali where we smog our cars and i bet ur check engine lights on.the point of multiple o2 sensors the 1st one controls fuel/air mixture and the rear tells the pc how effective the cat is working fords normally have 4 cats and some mustangs have 6 to cleam up those shitty 4.6ls they have

  • @HondaPreludeDriver

older cars don't use catalic converters... I don't see why you tripping...

  • Thats fucken stupid, im no enviromental freek but putting Hydrocarbons and carbon menoxide into the air just to make you car sound cool
