I told my friend to mute everything except ambient sounds on his volume pad while we were at the marauders guild in Limsa Lominsa, ffxiv because i was hearing a melody being played on a harp. Apparently its this song. Not sure if it plays in the rest of Limsa though...

@Afterthought208 14 is getting better and better with every patch, you can't compare it with the release version any more. And as far as i heard from others XI was crappy as hell on release as well. SE still managed to make a true gem out of it ^^ (well, at least up to the level cap increase beyond 75... <.<) XIV deserves a second chance, at least when version 2.0 comes out in 2013, which is a complete rewrite from scratch ^^

FFXIV = Expensive music cd duh! ^ ^ The music was gorgeous in that game it is a shame the game was not as memorable and epic as FFXI, due to obvious gameplay flaws...

She has an absolutely amazing voice, this song is beautiful. I love Final Fantasy music, I haven't even played XIV but I love the music from there as well lol. They just make such consistently good music, it's amazing.

When the gaming industry can compose songs with a standard as high as this, the movie industry has no choice but to raise the bar on the standard and quality of films to compete. whilst not a FF14 fan, FF10 had so many good qualities, like storyline, memorable and likeable characters, brilliant music, challenging gameplay and visual cinematics that were stunning for it's time.
