  • Ah, i think i understand what you meant :) The assign position button is used to assign the virtual points you made to the points in your photo. And for the first point when you press it the program asks you to change the aspect ratio to match the photos aspect ratio.

  • Which aspect ratio do you speak of? The aspect ratio of your camera has to match the one of the photo. So if your photo has 4:3 aspect, the rendering will be 4:3 too.

  • What do you do with "assign position" though? With mine it changes the aspect ratio, looks like I did something wrong.

  • With this method you have to have knowledge about the ,easurings in your photo. If you have at list five points that you can tell the exact coordinates then you wont have a problem with even the most complicated pov.

    But you have to know these points. I took one point as the base with the coordinates (0,0,0) and measured the others from that point so i can simply type in the values.

  • What about photos wish a weird pov that seems impossible to map on the computer this way? Kinda wish this was slower.
