He is great. His tapes/CDs really work, too. At a convention I was one of the people on the stage. You are conscious to everything happening to you, and what you are being told. I was the one who couldn't talk. The lady next to me was the "shoe" person. When he got-up to $100.00, I was trying to tell her to "look in her hand," but only garbled sounds were coming out of my mouth.

I learned how to hypnotize myself. I've been on prescription sleep medicine since I was 12, I am now 26. Since I learned how to hypnotize myself over a month ago, I have not taken any sleep aid whatsoever. I'm so glad I found these videos. I was a chronic insomniac for 14 years. Not any more!
