Thin White Rope were one of the hidden gems of the 80s, "Exploring The Axis" and "In The Spanish Cave" were pretty much perfect albums. "Moonhead" was also great, but not quite as consistent. I was lucky enough to see them on five occasions, and yap with Matthew after one gig in the Bull's Head in Kentish Town.
