    it's a good idea but the access to the main engine with the two reactors will be with Weightlessness and that's great too because the occupants of the ship will be able to swicth one or another as they wish ^^

    He's talking about conservation of rotational momentum because if you don't account for that you ship will in fact rotate counter clockwise.
