  • i know you sang this and were trying to demonstrate, but what do you do to project?

  • As stated before by other users, this video has NO instruction. You singing with no instruction is not a how-to.

  • not "exactly" the projection "itself" but honestly, the inspiration at the end, is what really inspired me most -"projection is part of being a confidant singer" ect.."Things to think about. -thanks :)

  • i heard no difference in the non projection and the projection .......

  • She actually doesn't explain HOW to project XD

  • I don't understand WHY she didn't talk about the DIAPHRAGM and air! That is how you "project". Every singer should know that, and since she is a teacher, she should have mentioned that.

  • @christinavelia Classical training is helpful no matter what type of music you enjoy singing. Think of a dancer - she must always learn ballet even if she wishes to later study hip hop. It will help you with your general musicianship. If you'd like to learn how to belt, however, seek out a teacher who specializes in this because you will not find many classical instructors who will teach you belting. Good luck!

  • @Italia1987 may I ask you a sincere ?, I am a singer/songwriter, and am curious about starting voice lessons. would you say classical training is appropriate for me? i wouldn't sing opera, but the technique may help me...? thanks

  • perhaps we are not being TOLD how to do it...but when heard over and over, the power of imitation will take over.

  • lack of projection comes from lack of resonance. it has nothing to do with confidence.
