@TokyozThunderz It displays the instant acceleration of your car, which is "how fast your speed changes". Physically, acceleration is tightly related to force, which is what makes your car move. As you accelerate or turn, your body (or anithing inside the car) will experiment accelerations (for example when your tend to move left when turning right), which are displayed by this app ;) Thanks for asking.
