Yeah I agree, I think 'glamour' really meant glamour back then. It isn't quite the same now. Perhaps because the golden era of the movies has long gone. As have all those wonderful stars...

It makes me sad actually
Knowing that back then those were the good o days!
With the greatest movie stars of all times.it was glamourous.but it's over:(
And we can't return to those days anymore cause were stuck in a stupid time period right now where nothing is glamorous and no one can enjoy the good o simply life:(

@jckfmsincty Not so glamorous is an understatement. Hattie McDaniel not being allowed to enter the front entrance with everyone else was just outrageous! However much to her credit, Hattie McDaniel remained classy and kept her dignity in the face of discrimination.

Hedy is so gorgeous
her face is luminous from across the room
really the most beautiful of all time
I just don't think they do the Academy Awards now like they used back then.
Too bad about the shaky video.
When Judy started singing it took me by surprise!

@VideoSam16 Hey Sam! You're right, it is shaky. I didn't notice as I was making it ... either my eyes are going bad, or there was a problem with the upload. I decided to keep it posted even though I am not pleased with 'the shake'.
Smiles to you, my Friend.
