  • no offence but these fish are kinda too flashy for me. I prefer more subtle colours like the bengal loach, five banded barb, that kinda colours oh and also harequin rasboras

  • In a large, well planted tank with plenty of surface cover and a dark substrate, a shoal of these fellas look awesome - especially with a few colourful discus.

  • @pondguru agreed these fish look best in dark envioronments as a shoal and these are their natural colors

  • Yup, the more shade the better. We've got some glowlight danio in at the minute and they are awesome under shade - possibly my favorite fish.
