Fight Gone Bad style...
In this workout you move from each of four stations after a minute. There will be three four-minute rounds from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The stations are:
1) Keg / rock / plate / medicine ball Clean and Jerk
2) Sandbag load and vault
3) Rope/Tire Pull
4) Farmer's Walk
