nabthefool got a question for you.
i have one of these printers i got for free i cut a hole in all of them cept the light cyan and the other one and resintalled them there full now.. but my question is will my 8250 stop printing after this expiration thing says to stop or can i keep printing?
with the stock carterages.. that is.... see my printer said printing in reserve im not sure what that is

your print heads are going to get empty really fast if you don't prefil the cartridges. The ink supply line to your 3rd party cartridges are practically empty (it also looked like the cartridges themselves were empty). The thing about CIS is they trick the printer into thinking the cartridge is full even if it isn't. So you have to make sure A, your cartridge is full, B your resevoir tank is full. If not the printer will use up the ink that is in the print heads and they will expire too soon.
