Hi, This one the way it is would be a challenge, but you could make it out of 4 backer board panels that are 2x8 each and connect on location. You would still need some space in your car or van though.

just an fyi, make sure the adhesive you use is designed for foam board, some of the adhesives react chemically with foamboard and will actually melt holes in it.
