  • Saw the very guitar this was played in in a shop in Warwick today.

  • @theguitarsmith wow cool never seen one

  • Astonishing stuff! In order to play the head or tune of this, Bryant tuned a 12 string guitar in thirds rather than octaves....sheer genius!

Later, as melbalt 1 says, he's playing a Telecaster.

Speedy West is great, too, let's not overlook him...

    Best wishes from the U.K.

  • @guitarandharp very cool love to know the info ......glad you enjoyed it

  • Early telecasters..sounds great.

  • @melbalt1 yes that is true and great

  • Aspiring guitarists take note.

  • Hi Westtoledoguy

Thanks for posting this - I hadn't realised it dated from 1954! That was some year: Elvis, Little Walter, Howlin' Wolf - I could go on... but you know their names.

This music was a huge influence on legendary Brit guitarist Albert Lee and probably Jeff Beck, amongst legions of others.

  • @mbgoode1 really moves ya

  • @desoto1961 very Electric sounding
