Right Here Forever (KJLS...Season 2 Chapter 1)

I dreaded the day that my pants wouldn't fit me, but here I am standing in the mirror not being able to zip or button them. This is going to be horrible. Kevin and I were just about to go over to his parents house for a family dinner. How in the world am I going to face his parents looking like I gained 5 pounds. Kevin walked in and I turned around and immediately hugged him in tears.
Me: What are we gonna do? We have to tell them.
Kevin: We will eventually...we have to at least plan the wedding first. Then it won't be hard to tell them once we're officially married.
Me: Kevin, I'm fat......NOW
Kevin: no your not......you look great
Me: Look....*trying to zip up the pants* I can't even wear my favorite jeans.....*starts to cry*
Kevin: Why are you crying? It's not a bad thing
Me: It is considering we wanted to do this right and now we can't tell your parents that we eloped and oh by the way we're going to have a baby too. Surprise
Kevin: Don't worry we'll think of something
I found something to put on that still actually fit me. We headed over there and everyone was already there. Nick and Lacey were sitting on the couch snuggling watching TV. Kris was helping out in the kitchen and Joe was in the corner, in the recliner also watching TV. He had gotton out of the hospital a little over a week ago and poor things arm is in a cast. The same one he broke in the car accident. I felt so bad for him. He was still so shaken up over everything. Dinner was finally ready and I could practically eat everything on the table. We were all having casual conversations amongst one another when Denise noticed that Joe wasn't eating.
Denise: Honey, are you gonna eat anything?
Joe: I'm not really that hungry
Denise: Well honey don't play with your food, ok
Joe: FINE
He got up and pushed his plate away and goes outside and slams the door
behind him. I looked over at Kris and she just looked at everyone and put her head down.
Me: Would you excuse me please?
Everyone nodded and I headed out of the room. I went to go look for Joe. I don't know why I felt like I had to talk to him but I did. He was sitting out back by the pool. He looked so torn.
Me: Joe, come back inside please?
Joe: why should I, I'm sick of watching Nick being all close with Lacey and you, you are just the perfect wife aren't you...
Me: What do you mean?
Joe: Kevin says he wants to have a baby....boom you open your legs and give him a baby.
Me: What did you just say?
Joe: I'm mean seriously, I bet you do everything Kevin asks you to do, huh?
I got up and walked over to him and I don't know what came over me but I lifted my hand and smacked him right across the face for saying such mean things about me.
Me: How dare you say such things. I come out here to comfort you and you say that to me. Fine you can be that way but next time why don't you just ask your wife the REAL reason she doesen't want to have kids yet.
I walked away so fast I felt like I was running. I had to stay calm so no one would know what just happened. I can hear him behind me trying to catch up. I didn't care. I walked back into the house and looked into the kitchen. Everyone looked up at me.
Denise: So Kevin tells us that you've set a date for the wedding already
God, what did Kevin say while I was gone.
