An experienced biker would have known to NOT apply strong FRONT brakes, and would have known to move around the 'cager'.
Old man's fault, but lack of experience put the biker into the car.

Hmmm....
I put it at around 3.5 second gap between the old man and the biker, from the point the driver turned into the bikers' lane.
Personally, I don't think the biker would of been travelling that fast to have hit him like that, and yes, old people should be re-tested, each year, after a certain age.
Carelessness causes fatalities, I do hope the biker was ok.
