This is not true. The exit polls, in West Virginia, indicated that 11% said that "race was an issue". In West Virginia, 11% of the population is African American. President Obama carried 98% of the African American vote in West Virginia.

I know it's an extreme idea that will never happen but people should have to take a test before they are allowed to vote. Sadly, the majority of americans are poorly educated and easily swayed by the propaganda of both parties. As a result you have a false democracy where Rep. & Dem.'s dont need to rely on their policy choices, instead it becomes a contest of who can create the best 'spin'. Only people who know/understand the issues should vote otherwise democracy is dangerous.
