  • You need to stipulate for a commish or pro tem to hear it. If you dont stip, no commish, no protem. It's that simple. What are you doing, bringing your computer and printer to court with you to type up unneeded motions?

  • @MmmmYeahSure ... I hope your feelings dont get hurt if nobody believes you. I speak from experience when I say that merely not stipulating does not necessarily mean it will happen. Everyone that has been to court knows that you can say whatever you want. It does not mean it will happen. I make the motion in advance so that it is part of the record. I had no idea that you were so unexperienced that you would think that taking a computer and printer to court would do anything. Try again.

  • It is useless babble like most of your videos because you don't tell us where to get these motions (much of the time) and/or how to write our on. You just complain about an injustice and show a cover page and/or read an excerpt like you are doing something productive. Only the website you pointed to with example motions was helpful. <= Thanks for that.

  • @NETWizzJbirk .... I dont see you contributing.

  • @Tactikalguy1 I am in the peanut gallery... not my channel.

  • @NETWizzJbirk ..... I see. Sounds like you are happy in the peanut gallery. Good Luck.

  • Tactikalguy you're still at it man? I haven't been to your chan in like 2 years or more lol. I figured the L.A. PD would have you locked away by now, wrong lol.

  • @Tactikalguy1 My feelings aren't hurt at all. I practice law in the real world. Not stipping works. Now, judges are busy and most people stip. So, if you don't, the judge might not realize that immediately and you simply remind the clerk and the judge of that politely and you'll be done with it. No motion needed. Sorry

  • @HappyHooker83 REQUEST WHATEVER YOU WANT, THEY DON'T HAVE TO PAY YOU A PENNY

  • @Tactikalguy1 Thanks for the vid! I plan on suing LAPD. I am trying to determine what the award amount should be or what i should request of em. Man, I HATE the system!

  • @NETWizzJbirk Do you want him to write the damn thing too? Do your own re-search.. That's what it is all about. Filing the motions alone is not going to help you, if you don't know what it is actually doing behind the scenes. With legalize it is a different language. You need to know what it is your saying.

  • @Tactikalguy1 I am happy I don't have any charges to fight. I did, however, win a Traffic Ticket in South Carolina simply by requesting a Trial By Jury. The prosecutor dismissed the case proactively!

  • There will come a day when i need all this info. But for now i will sponge it.

  • is it safe to say that when u walk into a court u can plainly ask if the judge or commisioner(lawyer in training to be judge) if he is a 13th amendment court appionted judge?
