The partying continues as the Beastie Boys release a trailer for their 30-minute short film titled "Fight for Your Right—Revisited."
In this star-studded trailer, the older Beastie Boys from the future, played by Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly, and Jack Black, take on the young, hip versions of themselves in Danny McBride, Elijah Wood, and Seth Rogen. The film picks up the action at the conclusion of their 1987 video for the song "Fight for Your Right."
Other celebrity cameos include Rainn Wilson, Jason Schwartzman, Ted Danson, and Susan Sarandon.
The improv/music video pulls from beloved Saturday Night Live sketches and is sure to provide some ill communication ahead of the Beastie Boys' latest album, Hot Sauce Committee Part Two, being released May 3.
